What We Do Not Offer

To keep service safe, consistent, and high-quality, we do not accept every type of job. If a request is outside our scope, we may decline service or recommend a qualified specialist.

• Carpet shampooing, steam extraction, or upholstery/couch cleaning.
• Junk hauling, bulk trash removal, dumping, or moving large quantities of abandoned items.
• Full maid service, laundry service, personal item management, or detailed organizing unless specifically approved as an add-on.
• Heavy hoarding cleanup, unsafe blocked pathways, or heavy debris conditions.
• Biohazard cleanup, including blood, bodily fluids, urine/feces beyond normal cleaning scope, needles/sharps, or hazardous waste.
• Pest control or cleaning where active infestation/remediation is required first.
• Crime scene, trauma, sewage backup, or hazardous restoration cleanup.
• Mold remediation. We may address light surface mildew staining on approved surfaces when safe, but we do not remediate widespread mold or moisture problems.
• Exterior window cleaning, high/vaulted areas, or areas that cannot be reached safely by hand or approved step stool/ladder.
• Moving heavy furniture, appliances, packed bookcases, large beds, or unstable items.
