Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty or mostly empty homes. It is intended to make a home turnover-ready, but it does not guarantee landlord, realtor, property manager, buyer, or security-deposit approval because inspection standards and pre-existing damage vary.

Typical included areas

• Reachable dusting, visible cobweb removal, doors, frames, switches, outlets, baseboards, and floor edges.
• Kitchen surfaces, exterior cabinets/drawers, counters, sink/faucet, backsplash, stovetop exterior, microwave inside/out, and appliance exteriors.
• Bathroom toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, counters, mirrors, cabinet exteriors, baseboards, and floors.
• Bedrooms/living areas: reachable surfaces, baseboards, corners, mirrors/glass, and floors.
• Interior cabinets, drawers, and closets are cleaned only when completely empty and included in the quote.
• Vacuum/sweep and mop hard floors.

Move-In/Move-Out add-ons or separately quoted items

• Inside oven and oven racks.
• Inside fridge/freezer; must be emptied.
• Interior windows and tracks.
• Blinds/shutters.
• Detailed tile and grout scrubbing.
• Heavy hard-water, heavy soap scum, heavy grease, pet hair, or restoration-level buildup.
• Extra closet detailing if multiple large closets are included and empty.

Trash left behind by a tenant, owner, buyer, or renter is not included beyond normal trash from our cleaning visit. We do not haul trash off-site.
