Standard Cleaning - Recurring Maintenance

Standard Cleaning is for recurring clients only after an initial Deep Cleaning or a home that is already at a clean, maintainable baseline. This service is designed to maintain cleanliness, not correct heavy buildup or long-neglected conditions.

Kitchen

• General reachable dusting and visible cobweb removal.
• Wipe reachable cabinet fronts.
• Wipe countertops and accessible surfaces.
• Clean and dry sink/faucet.
• Clean stovetop exterior and wipe knobs.
• Wipe microwave inside and outside when accessible.
• Wipe exterior appliance handles and fronts.
• Trash removal to client’s on-site bins only; cleaners do not transport trash off-site.
• Vacuum/sweep and mop hard floors.

Bathrooms

• General reachable dusting and visible cobweb removal.
• Clean mirror.
• Wipe sink, counter, and vanity front.
• Clean toilet interior and exterior.
• Quick scrub/wash of shower/tub and accessible ledges.
• Trash removal to client’s on-site bins only.
• Vacuum/sweep and mop hard floors.

Bedrooms and living areas

• General reachable dusting.
• Surface wiping where accessible.
• Light tidying of small items so the room looks put together.
• Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces when included.
• Make beds when accessible; no detailed linen changes unless approved.
• Trash removal to client’s on-site bins only.
• Vacuum/sweep and mop hard floors as applicable.

Important: Standard Cleaning is not available as a first-time service for homes needing a reset. If the home has heavy grease, hard-water buildup, heavy dust, heavy pet hair, or long-neglected areas, we may recommend a Deep Cleaning or adjusted scope first.
