A Deep Cleaning is a detailed reset of the home. It includes more detailed attention than Standard Maintenance and is required for first-time residential clients unless otherwise approved in writing.
Kitchen
- Detailed dusting of reachable areas, including visible cobwebs.
- Degrease/detail reachable cabinet fronts and handles, especially around the stove area.
- Clean range hood exterior.
- Microwave inside and outside.
- Detailed backsplash degreasing where safely cleanable.
- Detailed stovetop exterior cleaning, including knobs, grates, and burners as applicable.
- Countertop cleaning, including under small appliances when safely accessible.
- Detailed sink and faucet cleaning; address normal hard-water buildup.
- Fridge exterior detail and dishwasher exterior wipe/polish as applicable.
- Baseboards in accessible areas.
- Vacuum/sweep and mop hard floors.
- Trash removal to client’s on-site bins only.
Bathrooms
- Detailed reachable dusting from top to bottom.
- Detailed toilet cleaning/disinfecting, inside and outside.
- Streak-free mirror cleaning.
- Detailed counter, sink, and faucet cleaning; address normal buildup around faucet.
- Detailed shower/tub cleaning for normal soap scum and buildup.
- Reachable vents, light fixtures, switches, outlets, and baseboards.
- Vacuum/sweep and mop hard floors.
- Trash removal to client’s on-site bins only.
Bedrooms and living areas
- Detailed reachable dusting from top to bottom.
- General surface wiping and light tidying.
- Wipe shelves, nightstands, dressers, bed frames, mirrors, switches, handles, and accessible ledges.
- Ceiling fans/light fixtures when safely reachable.
- Baseboards and corners where accessible.
- Spot wipe small wall marks only when safe and within scope; no full wall washing.
- Vacuum/sweep and mop hard floors as applicable.
Deep Cleaning improves condition but does not guarantee restoration of permanent stains, etched glass, damaged grout/caulk, rust penetration, worn finishes, or surfaces needing repair.
